When you contact Marco's Locksmith Service, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, and the address where service is needed. We collect this information only to respond to your service request. If you use the quote form on this site, the details you enter are sent to us by email through a delivery service (Resend) so we can respond.

We use the information you provide to contact you about your locksmith service request, schedule appointments, and send follow-up communications related to your service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Phone Calls
Calls to some of our phone numbers are recorded and transcribed through a call tracking service (CallRail). We use recordings and transcripts to handle your service request and keep our job records accurate. We do not sell them.
When you reach us from one of our ads, the number you see may be a tracking number that forwards to our main line. We use it to tell which ads lead to calls. Calls to that number connect through CallRail, which logs your phone number, the time of the call and how long it lasted. Those calls are recorded, and you will hear a notice at the start of the call.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services (for example, dispatching a technician) or as required by law.

Google Reviews
We use Google's Business Profile tools to read and reply to the reviews customers leave on our own Google listings. To draft replies, the text of a review may be processed by an AI service (Anthropic) on our behalf. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data from Google APIs is used only to read and reply to our own business's reviews.
Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics collects anonymized data about your visit. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Our ad number-swap stores a small flag in your browser's session storage so the tracking number stays consistent during your visit; it clears when the tab closes and is not shared with anyone.
