90-Day Warranty

Every key, fob, and lock job we do is covered for 90 days.

If a key or fob we made or programmed stops working, or a lock we installed or rekeyed fails, call us. We come back and put it right at no charge - parts, labor, and the trip.

On ignition repairs, the 90 days covers our workmanship - if the ignition fails because of the work we did, we come back and put it right at no charge. It doesn't cover the vehicle's own electrical faults or wear in parts we didn't supply.

What's covered: keys and fobs we cut or programmed, locks and deadbolts we installed, cylinders we rekeyed, and the fob battery we supplied.

What isn't: a key that's lost or stolen, physical damage to the key or lock after we leave, damage caused by another person or another locksmith, and faults in the vehicle or door that were there before we arrived - though we'll tell you on the phone if we think that's what you're dealing with.
