One visit covers 1-4 locks, all keyed to a single key - $85-$225 total, everything included.
What's included in the rekey price?
The published range is your complete total - the service visit, labor on every cylinder, matched keys, and all fees. Nothing is added when we arrive.
How long does a rekey visit take?
Most 1-4 lock rekey visits finish in 30-60 minutes on-site.
Is rekeying cheaper than replacing my locks?
Usually, yes. A 1-4 lock rekey visit runs $85-$225 total, while new lock installation is $60-$180 per lock. If your hardware is worn out we'll say so - otherwise rekeying keeps your locks and saves the difference.
Do I need to be home for a rekey?
Yes - or an authorized adult who can show proof of residency. We rekey on-site, match every cylinder to one key, and leave the paperwork on the counter.
